The best three days with the best lead driver Our tour guide Brett was amazing! He is very knowledgeable and good humoured. One afternoon we had some strangers in our camp area filming us without permission and cooking meat on the vegetarian BBQ. Brett handled the situation perfectly, asking the people to vacate our area and reassuring us that we and our property would be safe on the campsite. I had the best three days and would recommend it to anyone. It could only be made better by having an actual mattress to sleep on instead of a yoga mat which means the picnic bench is a more comfortable sleeping spot than the tent. Thank you Brett!

A memorable experience I wish I could do again! Firstly I need to say that this review is being written mainly because of how amazing our tour guide was. Starry, our guide for the 3 day excursion absolutely made the experience for me and many others. Starry was incredibly knowledgable of the island as well as just being great fun. Among this I’d like to say that the cleanliness of the camp was up to par, showers and toilets cleaned regularly and a nice kitchen area. We were lucky enough to sing camp fire songs and enjoy a few beverages. This is all before some of the amazing experiences that we were guided to. Beautiful lakes, an amazing beach day and meeting some really wonderful people are the memories I will hold forever. If I were to criticise anything it would just be the sand dune is a harder walk than I anticipated, but with that being said, it’s a small note compared to the positives. 10/10 dingos we loved every second. Another shout out to Starry for being such a brilliant guide!

5*/5* great trip and amazing people Had an incredible 3 days on Fraser Island driving Land Cruisers along the beach while watching Whales breach and having a sing along with the rest of the car. Views were incredible, booze was flowing back at camp and met some great people. Memories for life, made even better by our Lead Driver Dan. Best bloke I’ve met in a long time. Highlight of my Australia trip so far!

We had an amazing time with Dingos! Brett was the best guide for the 3 days on the island, he knew so much history and little fun facts. He kept the energy and excitement up throughout the tour and helped our group get comfortable driving through choppy beaches! We had an unidentified group of 4 boys show up to the camp one day, they helped themselves to our kitchen and cross contaminated our vegetarian grill which made our group uncomfortable with their overall presence. The boys even filmed us without our consent.. Brett did a great job of dealing with the situation and stepping in as security as well and eased our worries about strangers entering the camp. We felt very safe and looked after in Brett-o’s care, would recommend to my friends and my future family (considering I’d bring them back to see him still rocking the Land Cruisers through K’gari for years to come)
