Easy yes for a low-effort, fun day. We didn’t want to rent a car so the transfer made it super convenient. Zoo was honestly way cooler than we expected—saw a bird show and even a giant tortoise up close. Good mix of walking around and just hanging out. Got back with time to grab drinks before dinner.

We’ve been budget traveling so this felt like a splurge, but glad we did it. Didn’t have to deal with buses or directions, just hopped in the van and went. Zoo was bigger than expected and felt clean and well-run. Took loads of pics with kangaroos. Nice break from hostel chaos.

Needed a screen break so I booked this last minute—no regrets. Picked up near my Airbnb, and the zoo was actually a super chill way to spend the day. Posted up near the crocoseum with a coffee and people-watched between shows. WiFi wasn’t great, which was kind of the point.

Took our 3-year-old and this was such a smooth day. The transfer saved us from juggling car seats and directions. Zoo had heaps of shady spots and kid-friendly areas. We didn’t even see everything but still had a blast. Our little one lost it (in a good way) over the koalas.

Went solo and had a great time. The driver gave us clear return times so it was all super easy. I liked that I didn’t have to coordinate anything and could just enjoy the day. Caught a few wildlife talks and saw a cassowary up close which was wild. Would recommend if you're staying on the Sunshine Coast and don’t want to mess with public transport.

Honestly didn’t expect to enjoy this as much as I did. Thought it’d be a bit touristy but the zoo is really well done, especially if you grew up watching Steve Irwin. Transfer made the whole thing zero stress. Bring snacks and water though—food prices inside were kinda steep.

Booked this with my partner to fill a chill day on the coast. The pickup was smooth and the driver was friendly, gave us some good local tips on the way. Zoo was great—pretty family-oriented but still heaps to see if you're into animals. Koalas and wombats were the highlights for me.

If you don’t have a car, this is the move. The shuttle was on time and comfy, and it was so nice not stressing about parking or directions. The zoo itself is huge—definitely give yourself a few hours. Loved the kangaroo walk-through and got lucky seeing the tigers super active. Felt like a solid day out.
