“Taronga is beautiful but it’s not a casual stroll. You’re either walking uphill or downhill the entire time. That said, the enclosures are great and the harbour views honestly steal the show.”

“Took our two kids and this made everything so much smoother. The ferry trip was fun and the views of the harbour kept them entertained. Taronga itself is massive, so wear good shoes. Long day but the kids loved it.”

“My sister was visiting from overseas and really wanted to see Aussie animals, so we booked this. It made the whole thing straightforward and we didn’t have to plan much. We spent a good few hours just strolling and taking photos. Easy, enjoyable day.”

“I came mostly for the koalas and ended up staying way longer than planned. The zoo layout makes it super easy to explore, and there’s a great mix of Aussie and international animals. Would definitely go again with friends.”

“Loved spending the day here! The ferry ride over gives you amazing views of the harbour, and then the zoo itself is huge. Saw everything from giraffes to koalas ...and that view behind the giraffe enclosure? Unreal.”
