We had a lovely Sunday at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary. It's brilliant for little ones. My son loved running around and seeing all of the animals, going on the train, the slides and getting wet in the water sprinklers. We'll be coming again and I recommend this place, even if you don't have kids. It's a great day out.

Great place to see Australian wildlife up close. I liked that it was a little more interactive than other zoos. Not all the animals are behind glass. You can feed kangaroos and walk through bird enclosures. The bird show was cool. Fun day trip for your vacation

We had a great day at the sanctuary. It's well laid out, has a good array of animals and found it accessible for my daughter who has a spinal injury. The highlight was seeing the pelican being treated at the animal hospital.

This is a good experience as long as you don’t go expecting it to be a full blown zoo. There are lots of Australian wildlife and access to them is fairly open - that is parrot feeding, kangaroos etc. There are also large numbers of koala enclosures and the animal hospital was a particular highlight. We encountered more lizards than I’ve come across ever and the pelican and eel feeding was a fun watch. Be sure to watch the birds in flight show as it is excellent! The facility is large and the signage to get around is poor. Normally facilities of this size have numbering to assist in getting around.

The wildlife sanctuary is a lovely place with an amazing variety of animals! The staff are super friendly and the food is also delicious. It was a good day trip, made even more magical with a nighttime visit to Astra Lumina. The light installations were stunning! A perfect combo for a memorable day and evening out.

I was able to stop in here on a weekend when I was out for work. I had such an amazing time, the feeding the kangaroos and walking among them was probably my favorite. Followed up by the animal hospital and all of the unique types of creatures that you don't get to see in the United States. They have a wonderful restaurant that serves alcohol, called the homestead. The steak sandwich was fantastic! I also sprung for the breakfast with koalas in which the sanctuary provided breakfast, and educational segment about koalas, and petting and photos. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time, lots of native animals and wonderful rainforest surroundings. Shows provided back to back. The Currumbin Wildlife Hospital is glass walls on one side for onlookers to watch the doctors and nurses treating native animals in care❤️‍
