“This company is appalling.
I booked to attend the hot air balloon experience for my partner and I, and the money was taken out of my account instantly. I noticed shortly afterwards that it was "pending" and so I was confused and decided to write an email to figure out what this meant.
I was basically then told that the date I had booked and paid for was not available and that within the small print every booking is not instantly booked, it's "pending". I was offered a date during the week which obviously I could not attend due to work commitments and was even more annoyed at the fact that my whole weekend was booked around this hot air balloon experience. Understandably, I was annoyed and thought that none of this made sense. I went onto the site again, and they are still continuing to state that dates are available when they're clearly not.
I went back and forward in emails with two girls from the company, one who seemed apologetic and another who should quite clearly be named and shamed.
