Lots of snow. I made plans to travel to Thredbo on a day it had been snowing at lower altitudes, meaning there was lots of snow closer to the river which made it a good for photography.

All ran smoothly and the snow was great. Long day but worth it

On a tight budget, so this day trip was a great way to experience the snow without breaking the bank. The tour included transport and park entry, and I only had to pay extra for gear rental and food. Had a fantastic time building snowmen and just soaking in the winter atmosphere. Would recommend for anyone looking for an affordable snow day.

Be prepared—it's a long day. Left Sydney late at night and got back the next evening. But the time on the slopes made it all worthwhile. Got to try snowboarding for the first time, and the views were incredible. Just make sure to pack snacks and maybe a neck pillow for the bus ride.

Never been to the snow before, so I was a bit nervous. But the tour guides were super helpful, and everything was well-organized. Rented all my gear easily, and the slopes had options for beginners like me. Had a few tumbles, but that's part of the fun, right? Definitely caught the snow bug now.

As someone who's always wanted to see snow but never had the time, this tour was perfect. The overnight bus meant no need for accommodation, and we had a full day to explore Thredbo. Rented gear in Jindabyne, which was straightforward. Even managed to take a beginner ski lesson. It was a whirlwind, but totally worth it for a quick snow escape.

Booked this last minute with a mate and it turned out to be the highlight of our winter. The overnight bus ride was surprisingly comfy—we dozed off and woke up in a snowy wonderland. Spent the day sledding, throwing snowballs, and sipping hot chocolate. Didn't ski, but still had an absolute blast. The alpine village had a cozy vibe, and we met some cool people on the chairlift. 10/10 would do it again.
