“So upset with the customer service (more like lack there of). Sent a chat to resolve a problem and JD on the other end was just a keyboard warrior and was as rude as could be! Luckily I was able to call and get some help however, because I never recieved the email that my order was placed on hold I could not get my banners in time for the event I ordered them for.”

“I reached out to customer service as Banners noted some of the logos on my banner would not print clearly and were of too low resolution. I called customer service and an on-staff designer was able to sharpen the images. Banner looked fantastic! Will recommend Banners without hesitation!!! Quality product, competitive procing and outstanding customer service!!”

“Not sure how to review this. Every business has issues it needs to address at times. They responded to my order very quickly and asked for a etter resolution for the artwork. I sent one to them ut thn had no repsonse. I tried calling several times with no repsonse or return call if I used the option provided by the computer. Consequently my banner did not arrive in time for the event. I called them a few days later and finally got through. I still wanted the banner for the event is going to be annual. They were apologetic to the fact that the banner did not arrive for the inital event. However, they did give a discount for the inconvenience and I had my banner, which is beautiful byt the way, in a few days. They were kind and responsive I would recommend them to anyone to use and definitely would use them again.”
