“We did not receive our Banners, We recieved someone elses, I provided the pictures of the incorrect banner and the bar code on the back as requested and requested a refund. Refund request was approved and I patiently waited to see it in my bank. Eight days later, I received another email requesting more information about the banners I didn't receive. Refund has not been approved yet!? Just poor Customer service in my opinion.”

“The banner itself is ok. From the picture it is obvious which direction the banner will be hanging. I paid extra to have rings installed for hanging and the rings were installed to hang horizontal instead of vertical. Also the order was stalled out and did not arrive by the promised time of 4/23. It arrived on 5/6.”
