“A lot of the banners were in good shape. However, quite a few of the banners had grommets that were misplaced, falling off the edges of the banners. This caused problems in the high winds that we had for our event. Also, a few of the purple banners had edges that were surged sloppily, where the edges were wrinkly and the white backs of the banners showed. Last year, all the banners were perfect. This year, they seemed rushed and of not as good quality. The price also went up a lot since last year, so I definitely expected more”

“I ordered my banner incorrectly had to reorder called in and the agent very helpful replaced my order with the correct banner. Agent was the best part. She was the Best walked me thru everything and stayed on the phone throught the whole reorder and she designed the new banner too. She was pretty awesome. She was a great start to my day, Thank you!”

“The group picture was stretched giving everyone coneheads. Also there was a gap at the top of the picture and the bottom row of people was cut off. Went to Walmart and they did a fantastic job.”
