“Unfortunately, the mounting clips I ordered with my banner did not arrive with the initial delivery, so I had to contact customer service to request them. I am still waiting for the clips to arrive, which means my banner is currently unused. However, the banner itself looks great, although there are some creases that I hope will disappear over time.”
