“I ordered this Banner for time sensitive occasion, my pastors Sixth anniversary 4/21/24. The Banner.was ordered on 413/24 and I received it on 4/23/24. When I questioned the UPS Website they said I didn’t have an apartment number on the Label but I did. Extremely disappointing customer service. Would not recommend this company to anyone. “Super easy to customize exactly how I wanted! The banner showed up in just a few days and the quality is amazing! The only complaint I have is that I thought the plastic edge option was a hard plastic installed on the banner itself and not a sticky one you had to install. Even so after a little adjusting it still hung exactly how we wanted! Will definitely order from here again!”
