“There is no effort whatsoever to ensure the the customer is satisfied with the product they are paying for before it goes to print. I sent a message minutes after I placed the order so the company would pay attention to a specific request and it never happened. Then I get the item, which is unusable and went into the garbage, and when I go to get a refund, I get a PARTIAL refund because I have to pay for a "production fee" or something...which is funny because there was no production done to my order at all. How is there no discussion/confirmation before production? I've had numerous items made for my band and every company sends a proof that needs to be approved. Never had a worse experience with a company.”
