“The banner quality is amazing ! The color is wonderful ! The unfortunate thing was I ordered two different banners, paid for the two banners, and only received one. However, customer service was amazing and issued a new one immediately, to be shipped in time for my party. I appreciate the professionalism. The only thing better would have been a refund for the one forgotten.”

“This was my first try at making a banner, and it turned out OK. Your process took away a bit of margin, so the texts landed really close, almost on, the edge of the banner. Other than that minor change, the banner looks just like we designed it. Next time, I'll take that into account and make bigger margins.”
