“I ordered this banner on April 2nd and was told at the time that the banner would be delivered to me by April 12th for my event on April 13th. I received a proof on April 2nd and approved it on April 2nd. Banners on the Cheap delayed production of the banner until April 8th and sent me an email saying it would arrive by April 15th. I spoke to a representative at Banners on the Cheap by phone on April 8th and explained again that my event was on April 13th and if the banner could not be delivered to me by April 13th, it was useless to me. The representative told me that production would be expedited and I would receive the banner by April 12th. I did not receive the banner until April 15th - after my event! My organization is now stuck with a banner that is useless and lost money on this order since the event was over by the time the banner was received.”
