“My order was canceled without notification and then when I finally noticed while trying to track the original shipment, it was 3 days before I needed it. I was promised over the phone that it would be shipped Monday and recieved Tuesday for an event I had on Wednesday. The package wasn't shipped until 5 pm on Tuesday. Absolutely ridiculous and caused so much unnecessary stress. Will not trust this company again. Then on top of that, the grommet tore out of the banner the first time I used it.”
