“I thought I had added metal or plastic grommets and paid for them. And I ordered it to get it in by the Convention I needed it for. It came in a week a later.”

“The banner was great! However, the production of it was held up for some reason, which I wasn't contacted about by the company. This delay meant the banner was received much later than the promised shipping arrival date. Unfortunately, this is something that has happened before. Other than that, we like the company and are a repeat customer.”

“All of my banners were done perfectly, and fast! Ordered them about a week out and had them in plenty of time! My only two comments are, I ordered Premium Plastic Corner supports and it appears the banner came with them and I didn't need to order them at all. The other thing is, they make them here in town and I couldn't go pick them up. I had to pay for shipping. Banners looked great!”
