“Never received banners. Spent $1500 for a local rush order for a home show. Later found UPS had delivered to a remote town 30 miles away. Not the company fault but they did nothing to help track either. Nor provide info as to whether the shipping label was correct. After the event was over the banners were delivered but now I’m in a different location so cannot comment on the banner quality. The pole system is heavy and durable but confusing to put together. Didn’t include instructions or proper allen wrench. Not quick and light weight like the alternative I had looked at elsewhere. 2-10’ systems do not fit inline on a back wall of a 20’ booth. They had to be V’d.”

“Overall the banner and cost is great. But I don't like that two banner were sewn back to back in order to make a double sided banner just produced a poor end result.”
