“Still haven’t received banner, original arrival date was May 6. I received an email to approve the print the day I ordered (April 27) and I approved the design within 10mins of receiving the email. I paid for rush shipping (an additional $20) to have the banner by that weekend. I still haven’t received the banner ( May 16)and now here I am having done 4 events without it.”

“There was a slight delay in the production process due to a graphic error but it was resolved within a reasonable timeframe. The banner is constructed of high quality materials and looks great, very pleased with the final product. The carrying case for the stand/banner was a nice extra surprise!”
