“Initially there was a SNAFU, got the banners without grommets. Upon checking, they stated grommets weren’t ordered, but I was 98% sure I had. Regardless the order came through without that being marked and I got banners without. They responded to me and and told me they would reprint for the additional charge for grommets and shipping. Totally stand up in my opinion, because who knows what happened with the online order, if I messed something up or the system did. But they wanted me happy and made it right. Hard to find a company that does that. I’ll return and use them again, just for that reason. Anyone who needs quality products, a team that is dedicated to their customers, and gets the product out quick, this is the place!! Highly recommend.”

“Banners on the Cheap to the Rescue! In my rush I only ordered one rather than the two banners needed for the local July 4 parade. I contacted customer service who advised I simply needed to place another order for the missing banner and it would likely be ready when my original one was. And it was! Delivered on the same day the original order was. Thank you!”
