“I’m giving one star because I paid the extra shipping for my order to arrive by a certain guaranteed date. Both of my banners shipped separately and the vinyl banner arrived 5 days late and the fabric banner 12 days late. They were needed for an event and neither arrived so was INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED TO HAVE PURCHASED THESE BANNERS AND PAID FOR THE SHIPPING AND THEY DIDN’T EVEN ARRIVE FOR THE EVENT. Other than the terrible shipping time and not arriving by the guaranteed date there banners are nice quality, just not of any use to me since the event was a one time event and now over.”
