“I received only 4 of the banners out of my order of approximately 75. My package was mislabeled and I received someone elses banners. I spoke with a woman on Thursday JUne 20th and she told me that they could reprint and drop ship so that I would have them on Sunday for an event. I spoke with a different woman on Friday and was told that the order was not being reprinted and that there was no way to get half of the banners that I needef for Sunday. I needed 32 banners for June 21st and 35 banners for June 23. I received none of them. I was issued a refund and the few banners that I recieved were of good quality. Very disappointed in the customer service especially when I was told two different things.”

“Banners look awesome! Came out exactly as shown in the mock up. My only point off is that you guys dont offer wind holes cut out of them so I had to cut them myself. It was a fun little project thought”
