“Even though the preview of my banner was fine, the banner was sent without the picture and not even centered so it looks terrible and isn’t usable. I called to get a new one and it should have arrived in time but they dropped the ball again and put my order on hold because of an issue on their end once again. I was not notified there was an issue so I thought my order was in process and only found out because I called to verify my order would be received on time. They said they would not be able to fulfill the order in time so I cancelled it and had to scramble and place a last minute order elsewhere that does same day pickup. Worst experience ever and I am a repeat customer. I recommended this company to a friend last year and she had a very similar experience and almost didn’t get her banner in time for her son’s graduation but I thought it was a one-off and went ahead and placed an order this year. Clearly I was wrong and there is no quality control whatsoever. The only saving grace was the customer service. I would give this company a 0 and will never buy anything from here again and recommend others to look elsewhere unless you order months in advance to return as needed. Such a shame because the banner I made would have looked great if this company wasn’t a complete mess.”

“The quality and speed of receiving the product was great. It was unfortunate that the banner, which was rolled, was not protected well for shipping and the banner was significantly creased every 3-4 inches along the entire length of the banner. I tried ironing it and laying it flat for overnight with little improvement. Ended up having to use it due to time contstraints rather than waiting for another banner.”

“Banner looked fine but a grommet was missing. Now jumping through hoops to just get a replacement sent. Follow up: A replacement banner was sent at no cost. Appreciate the quick resolution.”
