“My banner came in wrong. I contacted the company as soon as it arrived and after getting the back and forth-they would not print and send a new one despite it being their mistake. They offered to re-print it if I paid them more than I already had spent. Will not order again”

“It's hard to operate this reveal your cell phone which most people do nowadays or your iPad. However the customer service agent was genius and the item was worth the purchase. Also I would love an easier format while creating the banner or even signages altogether.”
