“I ordered 10' feather flags and they sent me 10' poles with 7' feather flags. Not what I wanted. They are willing to give me a refund in the difference, but I want the flags I ordered. They were telling me that the pole was considered in the height, but I did not order the poles until after I had gone through with the flags. (On their sight the flags say 2' x 9.5' I can live with them being a 6" shorter, but 24" shorter is not what I was looking for. ) I would either like the 10' flags I ordered or a way to ship these back for a refund.”

“Bought two feather banners and mount antenas $300+ and their staff aggreed they were printed wrong and they would reprint. I had said just move the print down 4 inches. They reprinted one and exactly the same (wrong). So I have no banners right STILL/YET. They again wanted pictures which I sent and no response again! And error uploading the picture here!!! now it worked!”
