“Bought two feather banners and mount antenas $300+ and their staff aggreed they were printed wrong and they would reprint. I had said just move the print down 4 inches. They reprinted one and exactly the same (wrong). So I have no banners right STILL/YET. They again wanted pictures which I sent and no response again! And error uploading the picture here!!! now it worked!”

“NOT SMART TO SCREW CUSTOMERS AND THEN REQUEST A RATING! BANNER LOOKS GREAT BUT MOUNTING POLES DONT FLY IT AT ALL WELL. COMPLAINT LINE SAID SEND A VIDEO... I DID AND NOTHING FOR A WEEK... THIS ONLY COMMUNICATION AFTER 4 CALLS. sTAFF WAS NICE AND THE SAID A SURVEY WOUD FOLLOW... IT DIDNT... JUST HUNG UP... GUESS THAT'S WHO THEY ARE??? i BOUGHT A BANNER WITH ROUNDED EDGES AND THE MOUNT POLES ARE STRAINT AND DON BEND ENOUGH TO SHOW THE BANNER... SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS WASTED!!! aND NOW THE LOAD OF VIDEO WONT WORK... GRRRRR”

“I ordered two 7 1/2 foot feather banner for our school to replace the older 7 1/2 foot banners. When we received them for cheap banners they were 2 feet shorter, only 5 1/2 feet. I put the old 7 1/2 banner under the new banner and you can see the difference in the size of the banners. Also the colors that I chose were not the same as the final product. I will be contacting the company on this. Don't get fooled by the price and discounts they offer!! Not very happy with the product.”

“Order number 91217286 Super disappointed your 7.5 feet is closer to 6' I was supposed to get a 10.5 foot unit and a 7.5' unit and received a 6' unit and sign was supposed to be red and yellow it's orange? ???”

“Flag quality was fine, but was the wrong size sent. Ordered 10 foot and got 6 footers. More than half my order was missing and when inquiried they responded and did not get back once I confirmed the order. 3 days later they had no action on their end. Would never buy from them again given this experience.”
