“This is the 3rd feather banner I've purchased and have had no issues with the first two. Unfortunately on this one, after about a week and a half the fiberglass pole that holds the flag up punctured through the material the the flag can no longer stay on the pole (useless). After contacting customer service and sending in photos of the issue, I was informed that they do not give warranty on their workmanship and would only give partial credit towards the purchase of a new flag. I said to the rep, during the time the flag was being made, if the stitching was not so great, do you not warrant your workmanship, and she said, no. She said the life expectancy of these flags are only 90 days. Which is comppletely unacceptable. to spend $240 on a flag and be told the life expectancy is 90 days would mean i need to buy 4 flags every year at a price of $1,000? The math doesn't make sense.”

“i ordered a banner, they emaild and said the logo was blurred. i sent another logo & no response. so i called and the guy said he cannot redo it i had to. so i did and sent it back through. it came to us with the logo very blurred. the lady i was telling this to did not understand what i was telling her. she said we sent an email to go ahead and order the first one, this is after i had fixed it myself! you should be making this right...”

“I had them re-printed because they were printed wrong the first time, and now I receive the second set of banners and they’re printed wrong AGAIN!!!!! They were printed the same as the first set that I ordered!! Call or text me please at 518–331–7225!!”
