“The banners came in on a time and looked nice. However, in a few days both grommets on the bottom ripped and now the flag has only the top two holding it secure, leaving it hard for the banner to be read.”

“The banner actually was a 3‘ x 30‘, it was not printed to the end, nor were either ends of the banner hemmed I have called in and made complaint, but as of yet have not heard anything I need this resolved today if possible. March 12. Please call me 870-297-3241”
