“I ordered 2 banners from you. One was the high quality and the other was the basic. I have only installed one banner to date. it was the smaller glossier of the 2. My understanding this was the high quality banner. It promptly ripped upon installation with one of the grommets pulling out. That was disappointing. Otherwise the service was easy to use. print quality seems to be good so far on the smaller banner. the larger one is grainy or pixilated. It is probably a problem with the logo/file I provided but feel it would have been nice to be advised the quality might have been an issue since it looked fine in the proof. unfortunately I did not take photos or plan to give this review. I simply saw your request for feedback come through.”

“Banners were great, the plastic sticky tabs to hold twine lasted less than 5 minutes before the sticky part separated abs came off. Best to request grommets on future orders.”
