“I was notified by the art department that the resolution of the submitted banner was not high and the result was blurry. I corrected the art and made changes and resubmitted the new artwork via email as instructed. I did not receive confirmation that they received my art work so I emailed them back. Still no answer and in the meantime, my banner arrived. I finally opened it up - only to find that it was the original blurry art and NOT the newly updated and edited art. I demand a full refund. I normally receive excellent work by them but this time - unacceptable. It’s an embarrassment to even use the product for the event so I won’t be using it. What a waste of my money and it’s leaving me highly dissolved and upset. Mrs Fragas”
