“I was extremely displeased with my banner. I was shown a proof before I ordered and it was perfect but I recieved a banner with almost 3 feet of white in total on the edge. I contacted them and told them the issue, I resubmitted new high quality images per their request and yet they send me a proof with same exact error and only offered an 80% refund. Why should I pay for their mistake?”
