“There was a mix up. I made an order with a graphic that had too low of resolution. I sent a higher resolution graphic. Then I made change to may order and added a better graphic and a new graphic. I thought I sent an email saying not to send the first order. I was sent both banners. The customer service guy gave me back 80% on the first order, for which I am thankful. However, I should have called to make sure the first order was cancelled.”
