“For the price that I paid for the banners, the frames should have been included with the banners. Why would you include hardware and no frames? Also it was one day late being delivered.”

“my banner was done and shipped so fast - the next day - that they missed my request for an improvement I could not do. The replacement banner was not shipped until I called to inquire about it several weeks later. The customer service person was great though and I am satisfied with the final banner.”
