“"overnight" LOL took almost a week and when I asked why the prices change based on the promotion that you choose. Specifically the add-on's if you use one of the promotions you get a lower cost for the banner BUT the add-on's all go up in price to offset the discount. When I asked to speak to a manager or a supervisor I was told that there is no one available but that someone would reach out to me. I did not find it it amusing when I got a bogus email saying that they tried to call me several times (at my work company number) today and no body answered (they never called) and if they did they never left a message. Needless to say my issue never got resolved. Dumb of me for ordering a second time because my last 2 orders were not correct and I gave up and went local to get a banner done correct.”

“I would of gave it a 5 star if poles were offered to stand item in the ground. the quality is great 5 stars for quality, and prompt delivery. It seems sturdy enough to weather any kind of weather. Price I also give 5 stars.”
