“The banner arrived in a timely manner but I was disappointed with 2 things. The banner was bright but the lettering was distorted (sort of like when you blow a picture up too much) and blurry. Also, I had put down that I had a way to put the sign up......no borders should be on the banner in that case. We planned on wrapping it around a board and tacking down in the back. When the banner arrived, both the top and bottom were already folded back and glued so we had to come up with a different way to use it. I do not know how long it will last but otherwise quality was good and arrival time was good. I would hope in the future that if a banner is blurry in any way, they would point that out to the customer before making it. Otherwise, the very small picture given to review does not show any of that. Thank you.”

“My son returned home from Basic Training/AIT and I created a Welcome Home banner for him on my phone, editing one of your pre-existing banner templates. I got it printed on cloth, and the quality was amazing! The photo of his face, taken from a larger phone picture, looked like a professional portrait. I did not expect it to turn out as good as it did, because I didn't think it would be possible for it to be that sharp. We are not sharing a photo of the banner because he does not want his name and photo published, but I wish I could. Thank you so much for your quality work, and expect future orders from me. :^)”

“banner was on delivery truck, 20 mins away and next thing you know it was sent back. Never recieved the banner it took me over an hour to design/create, and did not have banner for banquet to thank all of our business supporters. embarrasing. this is unacceptable. we will be using a different company for our shows from now on.”

“Unfortunately I have to give a poor rating, but only because I believe the banner was stolen off my porch after you delivered it. I never was able to see what the banner ended up looking like, so obviously I'm extremely disappointed.”
