“This low rating reflects a service problem- not banner quality, which I expect will be just as great as all the many others I've ordered. My problem this time was the way the company didn't notify me that my banner couldn't be dlelivered due to an incorrect address. I WAS NEVER ALERTED OF THE PROBLEM!! I only found out when the person responsible for hanging the bannert finally asked me when he might receive it. The DELAY CAUSED ME TO MISS 10 DAYS OF PROMOTION OF MY EVENT. The show I'm advertising may end up with a very small audience. Now the company has to re-print my banner (at no charge to me) and I have to pay an extra $68 for expecited shipping. And maybe have a failed event. I've always had a great experience with Banners on the Cheap– this time, not so much.”

“I am amazed by the quality of work and speed of turn-around of orders by this organization. They also provide feedback on whether uploaded images will print well -- a great help. The only reason I am giving the company a 4 instead of a 5 rating is that I did not receive the bungee cords that I purchased for the two banners I ordered.”
