“They misspelled my email address on the banner and then the customer service rep had attitude and argued with me when I questioned why I should pay a delivery charge for a replacement. Otherwise, the product is a good one.”

“**Review for BannersOnTheCheap.com** I recently ordered a custom banner from BannersOnTheCheap.com, and while the final product quality was excellent, my overall experience left me disappointed. First, the ordering process was frustrating. I requested grommets, which are essential for securely hanging the banner, but the banner arrived without them. This was especially disappointing because I needed a long-lasting display option, and without grommets, I’ve had to use screws that could eventually tear the material. Additionally, there was a lot of back-and-forth over the design file to ensure it wouldn’t appear pixelated. While I appreciate their efforts to help me get the quality I wanted, this process caused confusion, and my request for grommets seems to have been overlooked. What’s even more disappointing was customer service’s response when I raised my concern. Instead of offering a solution, they seemed to dismiss the issue altogether, which left me feeling undervalued as a customer. If BannersOnTheCheap could improve their attention to detail and customer support, it would make a big difference. For now, while the print quality is excellent, I would hesitate to order again due to the lack of support and oversight on specific requests.”
