“There was some confusion regarding hemming the four sides. OTC advocates say the banners are always hemmed all around, but that is false because the 2”x 5’ banners are minus the hemming on the 2” sides. It’s ugly without hemm. My last order I could not relay that fact to the service person in charge with hemming and printing. The young lady I was working with was trying hard to not side and be neutral. Ultimately after an hour on the phone trying to be sure all four sides would be hemmed, I decided to request a refund because I suspected the hem/printer person might become spiteful. I cancelled and am in the process of taking my business elsewhere. I did have years of happiness before but it became obvious the person hemming had other challenges to overcome before he could become a listener. Banners get all sides hemmed and what you see on the image page is what you get. That has always been the understanding until this last order. The order is cancelled confirmed and I’m waiting for the refund. I was told it would have a few weeks at most”
