“I was sent two banners with advertising and phone numbers on them, totally unknown phone numbers to me. Not at all what I ordered. Very dissapointed that there is not some kind of checking on what goes out to a customer that paid for a product.”

“Banner is suitable for our need, although the shiny area on the graphic is a little too glaring and makes it hard to read that corner. My item came in a flimsy envelope tightly folded, so it was difficult to get the creases out. I would suggest mailing them rolled in tubes. But the quality is good for the price. Will probably use them again.”

“My first order was printed incorrectly after confirming multiple times prior to completing the order and then directly led to about the shipping which was very late being delivered. I was able to make it work even though it was wrong and spoke to a manager (leader of some level) by the name of Kim who apologized and promised that was not how they do business and politely urged me to give them another opportunity to do business. Because she was so nice, I tried again this time and again they got the order wrong, even after I again confirmed multiple times the dimensions of the logo being printed. They apparently don't know how or don't care enough to read the instructions supposedly written in plain English. I will not do business with them again. I have not heard back yet and it's been 3 days. VERY DISAPPOINTED.”
