“Got my banner pretty quick. Needed a graph printed on a large banner size for our robotics team. Wasn't sure how it would turn out since I needed the graphics on it to be printed exactly to size. Received it rolled up in a box, and measured it out. The banner came out perfect.”

“The banner came without the specified 10 crommets of which I paid extra for. When I asked for a refund for the grommets, I was issued a partial refund, but not the entire refund for the missing grommets. After back and forth communications, I finally gave up. I had to purchase and install my own grommets.”
