“I ordered two reversible fabric banners. One side was supposed to be a fish tank, one side the ocean on each banner so that they could be displayed on opposite sides of the stage and turned during scene changes. When I received the banners, they were reversed, both water on one banner, both tanks on the other banner so they couldn’t be displayed at the same time. On my receipt they don’t show you both sides of the banner, but it does show that each banner had the ocean, proving I ordered correctly, but the support staff only tried to gaslight me into saying they did it how I asked (despite no other proofs or anything that I can access), they only offered me a small percentage off so that I could place the order again. With the show coming up, I frankly don’t trust the company to do it right the next time either, so I will have to try another company. What a shame.”
