“The banner I got was damaged and didn't have grommets on it. Apparantly I misunderstood when I ordered. I called and asked for a replacement and could I have grommets added. They said yes they would replace the banner and put grommets on it if I paid for the grommets first. They said they would expedite the replacement because I had a deadline. I received an email asking me to call a number to pay for the grommets. The representative I talked to said no. Grommets were not on the original order so they can't add them. I was told conflicting information and the replacement banner was not expedited. I received it a week after my deadline. ):”
