“Having placed a 2nd ever order with BotC, I received 3 banners there were very different from what I received from the proofs. My client was extremely disappointed. So when I went back to BotC, it took much longer time (likely because they were they were going to have to redo their order at no cost). Their customer service team replied back to my inquiries in 48 hour turnaround, resulting in very frustrating timeframe to get the fix that I wanted. Even now, I have yet to receive the 2nd (redone) order (it's been 3 weeks).”
