“First, they put a hold on my account which showed as a debit before I completed my transaction. (I selected paypal, got a notification that my acct had been debited from my bank.) Next, I paid for expedited shipping, spending an extra 24 dollars to get it in three business days. I didn't get it until 5 business days later after the event had passed. Finally, the font on the banner was not what I submitted. I submitted a graphic with an entirely different font. I'm a graphic designer so professionalism is important, and this company's level of professionalism leaves a lot to be desired. You get what you pay for.”
