“Banner was dropshipped to customer. No quality check occured. 1 of the 2 large images was pixelated. Checked the file twice on my end and the effective PPI was correct as well as the DPI. Sent file was not corrupt. Quality checks are absolutely necessary and all it would have taken is someone picking up a phone to check on next steps before shipping to a customer. Finding another vendor now as our company cannot afford to have these mistakes happen.”
