“This banner came back very pixelated. I received it after closing that day (a Friday) which caused it to be too late to re-order/receive in time for my event. I know my files were high quality enough as we had used the same files (logos, etc.), on a previous banner and used all of the same software and settings for saving and it came out beautifully. I was told that the quality of the file I sent was not good. Had that been the case, the banner should not have been printed or I should have been contacted prior to print and/or shipping, which I was not. While I do think this was perhaps a rare situation, I do think that it could have been avoided with a call prior to print/shipping. That said, I have received beautiful banners from your company in the past and I think this was just a missed opportunity to provide your usual good quality banner. Customer service was able to semi-remedy the situation only by refunding only 85% of the charge. Unfortunately, that left me without a banner for my sponsors during my event and a last minute scramble to remedy the situation here locally.”
