“Not happy at all. Shipping notice was sent on Friday, Oct 4th, but the sign wasn't shipped until Tuesday, October 8th -- from El Paso. I originally chose Banners on the Cheap because of your Austin because UPS is one day here from Austin. Banner supposed to arriver on Wednesday, October 9th; It arrived on Friday, October 11th, probably because it was shipped two days late. Disappointed in the quality, as well. The design is blurry. I compared it to the file I sent in (enlarged to 100%). The file isn't blurry. The grommets are way to close to the side edges. Side edges not hemmed or doubled over. And... to add to it, "Banners on the Cheap" is stamped across the bottom of the back of the banner. I wasn't warned about that. Your customer service wasn't much help. Not sure they actually read the message I sent because when I wrote that tracking said my banner would be delivered on Friday; they told me it would be delivered on Wednesday. Nope, not happy with this order at all. Have ordered banners from other companies and have never had these problems. They did refund my shipping because the banner arrived late. I will add that.”

“I had to call customer service to check on my order because my package didn’t arrive at the time of estimated arrival. Nor did it arrive 5 days after the estimated arrival. Apparently a label was never created for shipping. I ordered on Sept 9th, package arrived Oct 2nd. The CSR I spoke with was apologetic and shipped my package immediately. I received my order and absolutely loved it. Besides the shipping label delay, I was very pleased with the print quality and the easy setup & breakdown of the stand! Thank you for your service and customer support. Will definitely order again. 4.8 stars”
