“So I ordered a two sided banner for an event on a short time line. I had some image issues and the art department was super helpful but it delayed my order a couple of days. When I told them about my deadline they rushed the shipping for no extra cost (I had paid for 2 day, they upgraded me to overnight) and the banner arrived the afternoon before my event. So fast! And it looks beautiful! I'd give them 5 stars, but the banner was supposed to have a different image on each side. They just printed the same one twice. I checked the proof and, sure enough, both images were there. So I let them know and they offered to reprint. I approved the proof with both images again. They got it to me a week or so later and it was the exact same mistake. So now I have two two-sided banners of beautiful quality, but I should have two different images and I now just have 4 of the same. Not life ending, just a little disappointing it happened twice. Without that issue I would recommend without reservation, but I'm kind of sad because I now feel the second one was a waste of all our time and their resources. I suppose I have a backup at least.”
