“Excellent customer service! I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Banners on the Cheap. Through no fault of their own, UPS managed to lose my banner in transit. One simple phone call to this company from me, and they swiftly re-printed my banner and shipped a replacement right away. I had excellent communication from Real Live Human Beings at the company via email and by phone, and the banner itself is fabulous. Vibrant, high quality, well-packaged. I will definitely order from them again.”

“I'm most disappointed in the art department. The person I talked to didn't pass along the information I asked them to do with the desigin intially. They took quite a while to get the proof done and some of the main things I requested were ignored. They didn't tell me that one of the files I sent should have been in a higher resolution. I wasn't able to see that on the proof. They didn't convert the file to a higher resolution for printing and that image looks blurry on the banner. I told them this was the first banner I had ever done. There wasn't time to have it fixed. I would not trust the art deparment to do any work. The prices are good. The quality of the banner is good. If you don't work wth the art department, you'll probably be happy with their product.”
