“The banner is beautiful, but unusable. It has a large QR Code on one end of the banner. I requested several times that the printer check to make sure the code worked before printing and shipping. It doesn’t work. I can’t use the banner. I sent them an email about it, but I haven’t heard anything back.”

“Had some difficulties with the initial design not proof reading as designed. Had to call and get it modified to my original design but it was an ordeal to correct it over the phone. Banner did arrive on time and corrected to my liking.”

“The banners themselves are great quality, and I was initially very pleased with the product. However, I ordered five banners and received someone else’s birthday banner instead of one of my own. I contacted customer service and was told that my missing banner would be sent out. The replacement package arrived yesterday, but unfortunately it was once again the wrong banner and not the one I ordered. At this point, I will be calling again today to find out what is going on and to hopefully get this issue resolved. While the quality of the banners has been excellent, the repeated fulfillment errors have been very frustrating.”
