They were able to help me get the exact design I wanted. When my banner arrived, UPS had crushed the package and the banner was severely creased. I was very dissappointed, but again, I reached out to support and they were able to help me with directions on how to safely get the creases out of the banner.”

“When the word cheap is in the name, you might pause... What am I going to get? This is the first time I've ever ordered banners. It's the first time I've designed a banner. I used ChatGPT to make an image, then GIMP to scale the image, then loaded it into BOTC and hoped that the resolution would be passable. The result was a very high quality banner, delivered right on time. The resoltion was perfect, color matched exactly to expectations, and easy to assemble. Happy customer!”
