“Customer service on the phone is a little slow. Held for 12 minutes. I was offered to "hold my place in line" and they would call back but I tried that last week and still didn't get a call back. I ordered 30 banners and received 29. They will send the 30th item. Odd that there was no packing slip on any of the boxes?”

“great costumer service, they were easy to reach. fast shipping, got my banner within a week. they let me know when something wouldn't print in high resolution and wouldn't print until i ok'ed it which i like.”
