“The banner quality is fantastic, the retractable base terrific. The cases are a little thin and prone to getting a hole poked through each end, but not a deal breaker in my opinion. Even when I had an issue with one of 8 banners I ordered, customer service was quick to make it right and got the fix to me in time for my event! Will definitely order here again.”
