“HOrrible! the flag came and my desgin was cut off and the seam was on the design. The back side was covering the design, the grommets went right through the degin. I would have expected a call before they madeit. Who would ever order a design with that much badness?!! Watch your borders...I did not see any prompts to move my design away from the edges like other platforms...recommend being aware of that. Otherwise it probably would have been great. It was just all bad except the customer service. I called, sent pictures and they gave me my money back. For that, I give them 2-stars and I might even use them again- with caution!!!”
