“Delivered a week later than anticipated. Lack of responses to my emails makes me question the legitimacy of this company. I respond to their questions same day and it took them 11 to acknowledge it. In the mean time I assumed that the banner was being delivered on time for a college graduation but it was a week late. Not bad enough their was no formal stage walking but I couldn't even make the day special due to the lackadaisical work ethic of this company. I highly recommend going somewhere else that cares!! No option for Zero stars as that is all they deserve.”
